Who is the controller

The controller is SmartDev (Dragoljub Živanović), Serbia / Europe. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Contact form: name, email and message, so we can reply to your enquiry (pre-contract communication). Cloudflare Turnstile: a technical token to stop spam (legitimate interest). If you accept analytics: Google Analytics 4 usage measurements (consent). The server and Cloudflare may briefly store IP address and user-agent in security logs (legitimate interest — site security and reliability).

Legal bases

GDPR Article 6(1): (b) steps prior to a contract for contact enquiries; (a) consent for Google Analytics; (f) legitimate interest for form protection, security and running the website.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Processors acting for us: the hosting provider (Plesk), Cloudflare (CDN, Turnstile, DNS), Google (Analytics, only after consent) and Namecheap Private Email for mail. They may use the data only to provide those services.

Cookies

Necessary cookies: language (Polylang) and your consent choice. Google Analytics cookies load only after you click “Accept analytics”. You can change that later via “Cookie settings”.

How long we keep data

Contact-form messages: up to 24 months or until the enquiry is closed, unless law requires longer. Analytics: according to Google Analytics retention (default up to 14 months). Security logs: typically up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw analytics consent. Email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Serbia: the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. We rely on their standard contractual clauses and safeguards.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the address you want removed. We respond within 30 days.
